Use of the service
You may use Flucking Fly for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or purchase controls, reverse engineer the app except where law permits it, misuse the service through automation, or violate another personās rights.
App Store terms and purchases
Your download and use of the iOS app are also subject to Appleās applicable App Store terms. Purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration are processed through Apple and may be subject to Appleās policies. App Store features and prices control if they differ from this website.
Training and entertainment only
Flucking Fly is provided for entertainment and general cognitive practice. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Intellectual property
Flucking Fly, its software, visual design, graphics, branding, text, and other content are owned by Cargo Teleport Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or operating-system version.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided āas isā and āas available,ā without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cargo Teleport Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Flucking Fly at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.
